DEREK CANNING LLB[HONS] 20
Why giving power to the RSPB, a non government and bias organisation, can never work in the interests of justice. Even the great Derek Radcliffe author of the Classic book ‘The Peregrine falcon ‘can be found in the following links criticising the RSPB. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=IcnUQGsc3Q8&...re=channel_page http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=_8bq9sNzOdA&...feature=channel http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=hoQQltCi4mY&...feature=channel http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=y7-7e65jbJw&...feature=channel http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=mgrwelHpcGI&...feature=channel http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=g5cOzhnN15Y

But I do have strong misgivings about the RSPB (and RSPCA) and not just their remit, but how they see their roll and what they think their role is in todays world. Their names say it all; who mentioned half of the legal issues they feel is their right to get involved in, pettition and projects they try to pursue? I wonder if either (or both) the GCT or the BTO might take up some of the type of projects that the RSPB are A; making a hash of and B; have no place in trying to pursue themselves. THE RSPB need to generate interest and publicity via convictions to keep the funds coming. Putting the turkeys in charges of Christmas or putting a fox in charge of the chicks comes to mind; you are asking for trouble.
