wildhorse 1 Posted January 10, 2009 Report Share Posted January 10, 2009 Wood pidgeons {breasts} Garlic Italian seasoning 2 1/2 tablespoons Sea Salt Fresh ground black pepper 15ml cold water Plain flour Breast out woodies and mince to the mince add all the above apart from the flour leave over night in the fridge Use burger press or hands if using hands dust them with the flour cook and enjoy Quote Link to post Share on other sites
