We have a large Web Site - Which also list other local Clubs

I hope We have got the right Balance

 

We use a Corperate Clay Ground

Which has noise Restrictions on a Saturday

That allows us to use Half the Ranges on a Saturday

And the Odd Sunday when We run National Shoot's

 

We have Three Rifle Ranges - with Hard Standing Shooting Posistions

Two with Full Covers

All Shooting out to 50 Metres Plus

 

We have a Seperate Range for Pistols

 

And a 6 and 1/2 Acre Wood

 

We have Competition Teams that Run at Least one month Competition each Month

 

First Saturday of Month is Hunter Pistol - Shot with All Legal Air Pistols - including Brocock TAC pistols

Targets have paddles that can be knocked down with the lightest Strike

 

All Targets are Shot from a Standing Position - Five Shots per Target - Five Points for a Knockdown

2 for a Plate Strike

 

2nd Saturday a 20 Target FT Layout -

 

3rd Saturday a 20 Target HFT Layout -

 

4th Saturday - HW40 Pistol Shoot - Midday a 20 Target Rest HFT Layout

 

Competitions normally Start @ 11.00

 

Ranges Open 0930 - 16.00 in Winter - Longer in Summer Months

 

We have a Large Club house with in House Catering - Members Wife

 

We average around 50- 140 Shooters each Saturday

 

We are not that a Competiative in Competitions - but have in the past had some of the Strongest Teams

Also behind several National Shoot's

 

Including have a Charity Shoot Each year.........

 

We do have Shooters that use the Ranges to practise their Hobby - Safe Place to Shoot their Air Guns

Bring Youngsters into the Sport

 

The majority of Shooters enjoy using the Ranges - Plinking Range has 50 plus knockover and reset Targets

and Bells

 

We have Shooters that have local Shoots and have been known to take other Members Along

 

We also Hold Several TAC Day's - where fellow Shooters can use their Gun's on the Range

Also We have Introductory Day's where New products are Shown and Shot

 

Also Members often get a chance to try New Pellets before others - from the Pax Factory
