docking terriers tails (n/east england)

Want to get tails docked on pups in the n/east england.

 

Can anyone tell me of vet in n/east which will dock lackie x border terrier tails.

i have concent in letter form from land owners and have both firearm and shot gun certs.

 

this is the second time ive asked and had one good vets details but would like any gen at all.

for example where do i get the blank certs from?

do people dock their own and dont bother about certs?

do the RSPCA bother asking?

 

a mate docks only a fifth off his and doesnt bother with certs,

 

whats your thought anyone?

when i lived in ireland I docked my spaniels tails but not sure if its advisable today.

Theres a woman vet in gosforth who hunts she will dock pups, where abouts in the north east are you
