whin 463 Posted November 23, 2008 Report Share Posted November 23, 2008 got a young wheaton cross genuine type 16 months flushed roe the odd hare rabbs several foxes stoats ,a pretty hard dog and a bit of a scrapper butt takes everything in his stride had apure one 13 years ago and she was a fecher if a dog was wanting to mess to, mines is 27 and strong actually going to part with him for sale as not fast enough for the game i hunt but no lack of balls , or courage he was a keeper freinds dog , a real dog Quote Link to post

whin 463 Posted November 23, 2008 Report Share Posted November 23, 2008 dont do pics mate but imagine a 27 inch wheaton with a bit greyhound a real mans dog ,for a job and not for the feint hearted either , but he lets my saluk cross pup hang of him so hees not alll bad but can go if the going gets tough , other nite a five bar gate over 5 fooot high he jumped it caught the top rung bounced of it and just looked and cleared it the next time ive saw dogs sqeeling with pain hees a tough dog mate hees wheaton and big head no bull if i had terreirs again mines are all retired and if there was more toothed game i would have him in a minute but not alot of foxes localy to flush all roe and hare and rabbit and ihave dogs specailised for that game or he would stay, hits cover nose like a hound Quote Link to post
