tactical stock help needed, please

Hiya fella`s, just bought another S200 mkll, , thought i might aswel as the price was too good to pass off buying it, and havnt settled on which .177 im about to purchase yet either. Ive been thinking recently about sprucing up my previous S200, and had decided to try and change the stock into a tactical look-a-like, but seen as ive put a fare bit of cash into this gun i was reluctant. So now i have this little beuaty to be my guinie pig so to speak. The question that im asking is im not really sure of what im doing, its a factory beach stock, so any sanding advice, painting, sealing etc. would be very welcome indeed, thaks,
