4x4dartmoor 2 Posted November 16, 2008 Report Share Posted November 16, 2008 Hi there we have over 60 chichens and ducks and have steel 8x6 fence with barb wire around the top and the fence in dug in to the ground with barb wire under ground to stop fox`s so i should beable to keep cats out. will put some pictures up tomorrow to show you my set up ok. ghillies 209 Posted November 17, 2008 Report Share Posted November 17, 2008 (edited) concrete floors... very small good mesh.. if theres a gap any where rats will get in. or raise them a couple foot up with good meshing. (leave room for mucking out..again rats love it for tunneling. try not to leave bird feeders about, you'll end up with a motorway running up to it 24/7...any food exsposed is a free bee..
