Guest freestate hunter 2
hello lads, 1st bitch i ever had is due in season soon she is nearing 6 month old any advice would help, no mate, wondering if she will lose weight r her fitness mate at only 6 months old she is still only a baby, plenty of growing and filling out to do yet,so if she were to come into season it shouldn't affect her fittness, but most dont come to season until 12 months+.When she does come to season she still goes through the cycle come 6 to 9 weeks after breaking down she will produce some milk and if she is working it can effect her proformence on the field.epson salts can dry this milk up. Guest Nightwalker
hello lads, 1st bitch i ever had is due in season soon she is nearing 6 month old any advice would help, Six months old is very very young, do you have any evidence at that she is due in season soon? Many running dogs dont have their first season until they are two years old or more and then may come in only once a year or so - the fitter a dog is kept and the less body fat it has the more infrequent will be its seasons. I currently have an 18 month old deerhound X bitch that is hugely fit and shows o sign of coming into season yet. Quote Link to post
Guest clarets
the only reason i thought she was due in season is when i got her jab at the vets they said she would b due in season at 6 month is that crap ? Quote Link to post
