zig zag wanderer 0 Posted November 7, 2008 Report Share Posted November 7, 2008 Considering that hunting and the ban is and was a highly political issue of what is a minority sport, I am very surprised that a thread about one of the few political parties to support it in their manifesto at the time and promise a referendum, has been crudely censored. Griffin has announced that the BNP will protect democracy if elected, and has promised referenda on subjects such as fox hunting and capital punishment. I know the forum needed "tidying" but surely censoring adults on a forum for their political views is beyond the job description of the moderators? I agree with moderating aggression, abuse etc but not free speech. I thought the debate was carried out in a sensible and friendly manner and hadn't dgenerated into a slanging match.
