ferretville 69
Popped up to one of my farms as it was a nice morning for a walk with the gun. Surprisingly it was very quiet and not a rabbit to be seen . Eventually spied one about to 100 yards away and made my way towards it . Halfed the distance and and kept creeping till i was within range . Settled down cross hairs on the rabbit and a gentle sqeeze and down she went With the first in the bag it was off in pursuit of the next one. Not long to wait as i was creeping around the corner of an ajacent hedge sitting some 30 yards out was rabbit number two . Did`nt waste time got myself steady and pop down it go`s . Nothing more as i walked around which was strange as the sun was out and the grass was still dewy thought they would of been out in numbers , but hey thats rabbits for you . Nipped over to another farm just down the road for a bit mooch . Spied one sitting sunning itself and slowly headed off in its direction . Once at a decent distance i took aim and whack as davy say`s lol it was rabbit heaven for that one http://s301.photobucket.com/albums/nn47/fe...rrent=001-3.jpg On my way back to the farm house spotted this bugger sitting happily munching his breakfast only for him to end up brown bread http://s301.photobucket.com/albums/nn47/fe...current=145.jpg Allways pays to keep the gun out as you never know what you might see on your way back , FV Quote Link to post
