Good do Tracy, the pheasants on our shoot have no meat to them, they fly well enough but sadly not much eating on them..........our days are normally 300 bird days (Partridge in the main)

The only thing with eating reared birds is when they have a crop full of pellet instead of the natural food that wild birds have.........sort of takes the shine off eating them a bit for me.

Good stuff Tracey,

They look fat enough anyway, and hopefully be good eating, any way your planning to cook them or just nice and simple roast?

The ones here are looking very good to be fair, really taken to the wheat in the feeder this year, much better than previous years I can remember, so hopefully will have some good yellow corn fat on them, oooh tasty!

A good bag to Trace, the big bags aren't always needed.

SS
