bsa scorpion 177.

Recommended Posts

Hello i recently bought this gun its a lovely gun i must admit but my mum and dad bought me a s410 for my bday so i feal more obliged to use that.... even though this is lighter and i find more accurate to be honest.

its a lovely gun for anyone but i think it would suit a child so for all you parents out there who want to buy your child a gun then this is the one fore u

For sale is my BSA Scorpion .177 (Carbine length) rifle. It is very compact and a lovely rifle to handle. Has the traditional bolt cocking method (as opposed to the front plunger on the ultra)

It has a polished air filler cap and polished trigger guard. fitted with swivel studs. It also has a 1/2inch unf screw cut barell with a neat threaded cap. (no need for adapters)

Shoots very nicely at 11.7ft/lbs

Comes with a case, the original black trigger guard & fill adapter

Scope is a Hawke Airmax MAP6 4-12x40 and is in as new condition (bought earlier this year for £99.95) and comes with box and instructions.

I haven't had this rifle long but when I got it there were a couple of marks on the butt of the stock (looked like marker pen...!) which I have removed with very fine wire wool (see pics) you cannot feel any difference on the stock but you may want to re varnish the patches (I dont have any of the correct colour ) I was going to re-finish the whole stock but I need funds ASAP

Price is £260 for the lot

I also have the daystate airstream silencer and to be honest the gun looks silly without it, that is 30 pound extra.... i am willing to post the gun for 300 so whoever buys it will be paying 10 pound for postage.

if you collect 290 for everything.

the gun is as the pics show But i have had another swivel stud fitted in the stock, around the same place where the Air arms swivel stud is. I did this so i can mount my bipod easy and also if you use a sling it is quieter there than if it was in the normal place because its not continously banging against the bottle..

the original swivel stuf is still on but i dont use it...

this was dont at Litts aswell.

the gun will come with nearly a full tin of pellets.

i cant fault the gun to be honest its the best gun i have ever had by far. it is very accurate and like i said i cant fault it.

i will not sell the gun for less as its worth that all day long. its a fantastic gun...

i can group 10 shots in a 10p coin size at 35-40 yards without any stray pellets. i cant do that with the s410

scuzy can vouch for the quality of the gun it is really good. and someone will be very pleased

im in southwales
