marco 24
ive just getting two 6 month old german pointer/greyhound,i got one for my son to train for the gun as he is involved in beating for a local shoot,im just hoping i can get it some where near for next season starting, anyway iv'e ended up with two as i couldn't resist the temptation to try this cross, curriosity got the better of me,im just wondering if any of you have seen or had anything to do with this cross and what they will be capable of taking apart from just flushing.i like a challenge and i think iv'e got one lol. ferreterno1 0
ive seen on a video called (A COLD WIND BLOWS) a man using a bitch that was 3/4 wirehair pointer and 1/4 greyhound. Thats a great cros as it was used for retreving when shooting, and on the lamp taking rabbits and foxes. she was a bit slow getting the hang of thing when she was a pup but she turned out a good alrounder. I dont think you will go rong there Quote Link to post

marco 24
maybe, when these two are past it i might get a greyhound bitch and breed a 3/4 these two look as though they have through back to the pointer just looking at their head and posture,im just hopeing they will be quick enough when they mature.my son had them out this afternoon just for a walk and got a rabbit out of a dry stone wall and dropped it for the pups,it was'nt much of a run they said but they caught it and kept hold of it so they are showing interest at this early age.
