They were obvously chasing a backlog and not all stock was in etc they wer trying too get up too speed so too speak and they were busy. Now this was the diffrence. Before even in an empty shop you struggleed for any never mind decent service, today I was spoken too by four m.o.s and the courtesy,helpfullness and intrest was all there.
