buy a book somthing like falconry & hawking by phillip glasier this will give you a good idea what you need? also try and get some hands on or some course

mate have a look at the FAQ section,you will find the answers to a lot of questions,some of which you may not of thought about yourself,i think you will be suprised just how much you will gain from a half hour read.

ive never bought anything from these so cant comment,but will give you at least a idea on some equipment.
