We rent a small 2 bed cottage on a dairy Farm which is the centre part of a converted oast. 2 Bed upstairs and open plan down stairs. Dogs are not a good idea as there are plenty other animals about. There is about 100 acres of pastures shrubbery a pond and fishing on the river. The farmer allows shooting and fishing as he does none. Obviously within reason. No one else on the farm hunts. There are rabbits, pigeon, plenty rats by the barns. We pay about £650 a month rent. Excluding all other costs. We are about 3 miles from Sevenoaks A21 and a train station is about 2 min walk down the road. Our nearest pub is across from the station.
