smelly dog 16
Why do we need pedigree's for working dogs ????????? This is one way in which we can check that the pup or adult dog we are getting, is not stolen or out of stolen dogs. Yes a pedigree can be made up, so talk to some of the breeders in it and make sure it is correct. I have got every pup and who I gave it to and if it made the grade, wrote down, as would any decent breeder. When you are getting a new dog, it is up to you to make sure it has nothing to do with stolen dogs. The scum getting rid of the dog is not going to tell you it is stolen or out of stolen dogs. When you get a knock on the door or nose it is not a excuse to say " I did not know". All the working dogs being stolen, are being stolen to make money, either sold or bred out of. The people buying these dogs or pups are us, the working dog commuinity. We are fueling the stealing scum by putting a price tag on our working dogs. Its us that are buying dogs. If the person getting rid of the dog you want, cannot provide you with written history of the dog that can be checked, then there is something wrong. Dont take the dog of them. We are the only ones that can stop these scum stealing our dogs, no one else will. When it has been proved they are dealing in stolen dogs, lets name and shame. Two of the many working dogs stolen.
