Lewdan 17 Posted May 4, 2008 Report Share Posted May 4, 2008 can anyone help!! i have a ruger 77/22 in .22K HORNET, the rifle shoots accurate enough and i have had many kills with it. My concern is regarding the Bolt, it is a two piece or split design and seems to be joined with some type of pin through the centre, but i have recently noticed a gap of about 1mm between the two sections, and also the end section(nearest the breach ) seems very loose and rotates rotates about 20 degrees.. is this normal for this model or do i need to take it to a gunsmith to have it tightened in some way? is it possible that this will effect accuracy...Any info much appreciated Quote Link to post
