shouldnt the law no the law on hunting with dogs?

After a trip to my local police station the other day i struck up a conversation with a wpc (quite fit she was for a copper) and told her she was waisting her time as pritty much the only thing illegal i do is hunt with my dogs,despite the rediculas law that ses i cant. to which she replied is that illegal? then proudly told me how her two westys caught a leveret the other day.i must admit iv taken little notice of this law or the penaltys for being caught but i have herd of people looseing moters driveing licance etc??.comforting to no that my local constabulary have better things to do while im out doing what i was born to

coppers round here are the same,our local bobby popped in for a cuppa the other day and he showed an intrest in my bow set,he asked if i hunt with it,i told him it has been known but it was illegal,he seemed suprised and said he had plenty of work to do that actually affected people and didnt givr a toss about wildlife crimes that didnt concern endangered species! he left with a tesco bag with 2 trout.............

cause i wasnt breaking the law till suddenly it changed! was you pis*ed when you wrote this?? i come from a long line of gamekeepers and my mum used to go hunting on her horse.i run a pack of plummer terriers which is why im on terrier forum.why you on it???? look around mate,its a hunting forum ??? have you noticed there is loads of people writing bout hunting with dogs??? :wacko:.if more people had marched and stuck together in the 1st place folk like you wouldnt have to be so paranoid .im off out with me dogs now.you stay here and diss me for going out and standing up for what i believe in

Eh? aint northern ireland got the same laws now as what we over this side of the pond have in relation to them ol' hunting laws??

not bad! its easy when you try.little less guieness this time maybe? my plummers do everything there asked.120ish rats in little over an hour between 4 of them the other day.outcrossed one to a red fell bitch i bred a few years ago from nuttall/buck bry lines(their in their make up already) kept back a plummer marked bitch,getting rough coat. at 11 weeks old shes showing every sign of proper terrier behavour.lots of snarling growling and biteing and with time and patience im sure she'l also do the job she's bred for. No, no ban here we are'nt allowed to run dogs on hares here in the north, that's all that's banned. Digging terriers is totaly legal. Don't have to be protecting gamebirds. Edited to add it was the british minister Angela Smith that pushed through the coursing bill here before they devolved the powers to stornmount.
