stone-cold 0
i have never used a marketed one,ive always made my own which i find more satisfying. BLUE PETER TIME i split alength of hazel(between 2-4 inches long) into 2 then shave a mm or 2 on inside of both pieces. next a length of cassette tape about 6 inches longer gets placed neatly on one half of hazel, place the other half on top of the other fold tape over one end and tape in place, now pull the other end tight and fold and tape that end,job done. you can make as many as you want on trial and error by making one with slightly loose tape inside to one that has tight tape, for the record i take 3 when lamping, they dont look pretty, some have laughed, taken the mickey etc but i have accounted for fair few charlies using them, but it is trial and error and costs nothing. i await the jokers with interest
