treefella 24
i am looking to get a new pup, im looking for a wheaton terrier lurcher but not sure if i should go for 3/4 grey 1/4 wheaton or 1/2 grey 1/2 wheaton. what are your guys experiances with both, does the 3/4 lose any gameness? but i suppose it would make it more of a allrounder. i have not owned one of these crosses before i have seen a 3/4 run, i was wondering how heavy set the 1/2 crosses are because as a rule i prefer a 1/2 cross that is lightly built and a bitch not a dog. i never seem to bond with dog lurchers i prefer bitches but i like a male terrier your opinions on this cross please cheers lads Quote Link to post
GOOSE 0
Right mate , for an allrounder you need to get a 3/4 grey 1/4 wheaton , but if you wanted something for just the sharp end then the half cross is normally the better bet , 3/4s dont lose gameness at all i got a 9 month old one and she mad keen to get stuck in but im leavin her till next season mate ITS UP TO YOU WHAT CROSS IS BETTER FOR YOU BUD Quote Link to post
