Any Ratters in North Kent?

Hi all

 

I was wondering if there was anyone with a ratting dog/s near dartford.

I was at my mums yesterday morning and she was shocked to see a rat attacking a squirrel that comes every day for nuts she leave out for it. 

I told her that may be the reason the rats about. I watched it and it went back to her raised flower bed that's she's partially covered with pots and wood. It stayed it seemed to stay there.

Ive been fascinated and watching wonderful ratting dogs for years on YouTube and wondered if ylthis would be the best way to get rid of it / them?

Any ideas greatly appreciated. 

I thought if someone was local, maybe a ratting terrier would be the best bet.
