gone hunting

well we are takeing out the hounds to night for some coon be back later with some pic's

well all did not go as we thought first off we took too many hounds for the place we were hunting we had a blue tick ,one plot ,one black and tan and five walkers two of the walkers finshed dogs great dogs . the rest were all you pups .well the night started ok ran some tracks lost some in the creek bed i was tellen my friend that they were going to ground and said i was crazy :crazy: then we get to a fork in the creekbed and all of a sudden one dog gone two dogs gone then three dogs gone they go down this hole under this old oaktree at the top of the creek and poped out down at the water line well ok you might be right my friend says . well the rest off the night was not all that great the dogs took to a track and ran realy deep and took us off the land that we had permission to be on and end up in the back yard of the next farmers place well one dog is inthe tree about 20 ft up and ballen his headoff the farmer comes out and jumps in his truck flying up to were we are at we are like maybe 100 yrds away from his house all dogs sounding off it was great :oops: well the guy get's up to us and is like get off my porperty but then he see what is going and tells us just to leave but that pup up in the tree would not come down what a night not to have the collars well he comes down about an halfhour later but after all that we called it a night and packed up the hounds and that was an other two hour job young dogs too many at one time not a good thing i think maybe one or two is ok .well wegot all loade and went home for some beers with no coons i will see if theses pic's come out and if they do they will go up

sounds like more fun than i was having last night lol

i used to have a red bone coonhound when i was a kid. had a mouth on her like a siren but never got a chance to hunt her. i didnt want to run deer with her and no one would help me train her to track coon.... i still get annoyed over the way me and my dog were treated... Girls dont get any respect around here when they have an interest in hunting!! my mom didnt want me to have any part of it because of all the "men" i would be hanging around

Eventually we ended up moving away and i couldnt keep her. decided to just give in and gave to a man who had deer hounds... sure wish i could have her back!!
