Guest whitser
heres a song i wrote to sing while on the piss over the ho ho ho season. its sung to the tune of the irish rover. ROUNDTOWER HARRIERS SONG on the 4 of december 2006 i set out with my dogs and a spade, i was hoping to hunt a wily old fox, and skin a brush for the efforts i had made. t'was a wonderfull pack, bred strong so they'd hack, a day on the hill or in the bog. and i know they'll hunt hard, and warm their masters heart the famous roundtowers dog. we hunted hard all the day, and fallowed the hounds bay. this fox was going hard and fast. he took a dive down to ground, and thought he was sound, this mistake was going to be last. put the collar on dennis, he was rareing to go. waiting all day for his chance. as he ran into the dark to play his part, in the fox and terrier dance. its a tough wat to earn yor food and your keep, but dennis wouldn't have it any other way. then down in a hole, slugging it out' to him is the perfect day. a good result all around, for the ock and the hounds. never all day did they slack. and im happiest when' im out on the fen with the famous ROUNDTOWERS PACK...
