Boil full duck in Hoi sin sause from Supamarket ,,Empty two bottles in large pan over duck Let it soak in for a 1 hr of first.Then bring to boil let it simmer for good hr makin sure flesh is soft but not falling to pieces, Heat your oven up 260 degrees c .Drain the duck ..cut in half...Smear the duck in hoi sin not too much just cover the skin,Place half a duck in deep fat fryer at 190 degrees ..whilst frying ..cut some spring oinion chinese cabbage cucumber in strips.Once the duck has crisped up drain onto kitchen paper / Put the said fried duck into red hot oven to make skin really crispy. Then simply shred the duck ,Now everyone helps themselves ..how sin or plum source on pancake and duck then your greens wrap em up and eat. The other half of duck cook like a chicken..Shred the duck .sprinkle 5 spices in to to duck mix in tablespoon of ginger chopped very fine spring oinions stair up and leave to cool for 15 mins..Then wrap duck mix up in individual fillo pastrys ..make little sausage rolls ..then into fryer with them till crispy drain off seve with above sauces ..plum dipping sauce or Hoi sin. regards steve Quote Link to post Share on other sites
