took storm out saturday night took me little brother and his mate aswell, first time they been out but seem to think they can spot rabbits when im lamping around, " one there" they said a million times over the night, anyways storm had a couple bunnies didnt have to many runs tho and he did very well all retrieved to hand.

then me and witton took dogs for a mooch today, didnt see anythink all day so we walked them to the lakes and storm scared a duck out of the river and watching where it landed he went in the brambles after it when he got in there he froze and then launched himself into the brambles etc and proseded to retreive it live to hand and as he did so a women walked across with a dog with a  look on her face lol,

anyways heres a few photos i didnt get one of the duck as i had to hurry on my way after being spotted lol but i was chuffed to bits with him.

My dogs front end looks piss poor in that pic :haha: Never mind she is starting to do the business and is going to get it hard on this permission......another thing, i cant promise but there may be munty's on there......so the land owner is saying but its word of mouth..we will see when we walk the land. The owner is asking the surrounding farms aswell to give us some more.....just gotta give good first impressions  Its all coming together this season mate......decent dogs and permission to run em on, make the years of lamping shite ground worth while...just shows you have just got to grin n bear it and eventually it all comes good

top pics again mate ,them pups are looking great and jumping well.your right about that pic witton bracken looks alot better in the flesh and well done to storm for catching that duck and nearly getting you in trouble lol.that permision sounds good .i had fly and fern out on the lamp last weekend for a couple of runs ,well actually about four.friday night was bramble and fly,we slipped bramble and fly on a rabbit and fly pipped bramble and picked it up,straight back to us but decided to show it of by circling us a few times and then on the saturday we took both fern and fly and both were slipped on a rabbit and both caught at the same time.they are both very quick and are onto the rabbits in no time.so things are looking good but aint going to take them out on the lamp for a couple months now .

good hunting
