Some of the descriptions of the food as he`s eating it would not make me think "Hmm that sounds nice, give us a bit" I particularly like the episodes where he goes out in cajun country and such places, where the locals catch a lot of what they eat. Just watched him trap a turtle, cut its head off then insert a air compressor into the neck end and blow it up. It separates the meat from the skin and shell. Very innovative... Just cooing some uterus now, hmmm. Theres also the south african Ultimate Braai Master on next. Takes barbecuing to the next level over open fires. On next at 10am.
