That albino hob in the top picture is the big brother to that fella you had off me Andy, he did me proud grafted all day and took no prisoners even rode one out like a bucking bronco

yes mate the other silver hob i used today was his half brother

Had an invite today from Stubby for a spot of ferreting, this was a little private job which involved ferreting around a small paddock. As it was still quite overgrown long nets were the order of the day. Stubby drank most of my coffee and then proceeded eat his way through Inan's chocolate bars. but despite him clearing out our pack lunches we still had a very enjoyable day. Bagged a baker's dozen hardly any digging and some good action bolts cheers Steve cracking day

 

 

 

 

 

good results out of interest, the long net basket that is in the top left of the photo you are using, is that from MAGNUM TRAPS ? im just about to get around to ordering one from him. if it is, just wondering if you think its good quality.

Yes mate its a Magnum. its very well made and powder coated. The poles are the best you can buy in my opinion very strong

im in 2 minds weather to get the medium basket for the 100yd net or large basket for the 200yd net as i have 2, 100yd nets.

 

also how much did he pay for the poles ? at the moment i use carbon fibre poles which are on the thin side and could probably do with some thicker ones.
