Guest MOLLY
I would'nt go by what the police say either. I found a ridgeback puppy. I knew the owner as he walked his dogs where i did, but i did'nt know where he lived? So i took the pup to the polics station knowing he would contact them. He did, the desk officer said they had, had no reportings of one found....it was sat in their kennels It ended up going to the local cat & dog shelter and he had to pay a fortune to get it back. Ive just remembered that recent thread someone put up of a dog starving to death in a police kennels, cos they forgot about it! MOLL.
Missie 1
Thats exactly why I didn't leave the dog I found with the police Molly. I gave them my details and the officer I spoke to was happy for me to deal with the dog, less paperwork for her she said. I gave my details to the dog warden too and as soon as the owner reported it she was able to ring me and it was a happy ending.
