Red Rashes

My lurcher keeps getting red rashes underneath his legs. He keeps scratching it but doesn't bother him when I touch it. What could it be?

Nettles or allergy? Just hope it not allergic to something crazy like grass.. Try changing his bedding, some dogs are even allergic to leather, so even sitting on a sofa could do it. One of my bitches gets little red puss filled spots under her back legs from time to time, but clears up quick enough not to worry about it. Seems its common complaint no one can put their finger on.
