john b 38
A mate of mine is looking for an air rifle for his kids to start off with - targets initially but rabbits soon enough. I want to set them up right so they don't get put off so I'm after a decent springer (something like a AATX200 quality), preferably .177 and preferably under lever rather than break barrel. Anyone selling ?

Anyone selling ? think a tx200 will be a bit heavy to start for a kid and the bear trap would scare the life out of me every time they loaded it.have seen a thumb crushed in one.try a bsa lightening or maybee supersport carbine with a theoben gas strut in they are full power and light enough for the kid to enjoy carrying it too.
