Groverdog 0 Posted August 13, 2007 Report Share Posted August 13, 2007 Some of you might have read my post about the rural road rage on our single track road. well yep shouldnt have lost my temper cos things always happen in 3's right. 1st tw*t not pulling over 2nd on way home from scrappies on saturday partner (who has towed trailers since he could drive) reversed trailer to let someone pass on that road jacknifed it and its done a fair bit of damage to my bveloved Disco. 3rd (worst one) returning from shop for sunday papers last bit of the road before the track and only doing about 20mph myself cos it was busy with tourists a JRT ran out onto road and yep i hit it. Never will i forget that noise. Luckily i suppose because i wasnt motoring along it survived with a injured leg. It was the shepperds bitch and hed seen it and was very good about it and said nothing i couldve done. Dog had escaped earlier throughthe gates. One of my worst nightmares came true - hitting a dog. Gutted that i hit it and couldnt brake in time but glad she will be ok. Maybe my Disco is not as lucky as i thought! Time to get rid. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
