longdog85 29 Posted February 26, 2013 Report Share Posted February 26, 2013 I've read lots of posts on here about slipping young dogs on there first rabbits, heard lots say don't let your dog run anything it won't be able to catch i don't quite understand this obviously pick easy rabbits and squatters, but do young dogs catch on there first run? Or do they pick up experience after several runs? I've had my 11month saluki x on a few runs but no kills dropped a rabbit in a large feild for her a she had it no probs and she's keen as mustard. What I'm asking is how many runs on average lamp/day till young dogs start to catch? Any info and advice from your own experiences much appreciate thanks. Quote Link to post
