Guest Corkonian Posted August 9, 2005 Report Share Posted August 9, 2005 I said in a post before that you can now get hand guns in Ireland again Well the local Guards were telling me that from next year on they should be handing firearm cert renewls over to the post office to look after The Police hate the extra admin work involved with the certs - chasing up fees etc. - and it's a big reason why they restrict the amount of guns you can own. Also there are plans to allow red deer to be shot this season in Kerry. Good to see that our sports don't always have to have more restrictions put on the - and that they can actually be relaxed.
