Hi all,

 

A friend of mine has been caught with a air rifle thats above the legal limit, he got done for it 5 years ago with the same thing, and got a 500 pound fine and they destroyed the gun. Just wondered if anyone new what the punishment could be this time? He hasnt got a FAC or Shotgun Certificate.

 

Any help appreciated.
