B.P.R 2,798
I've just posted this on a thread but just thought I'd put it up here. I've got nothing to do with this in just posting this on behalf of the organisers of glamis. There is no lurcher/terrier show or racing at glamis this year due to whoever ran the show previous years not being able to make it this year. After I ordered my tickets via the phone she expressed that she would really like to have a working dog show at glamis this year but doesn't know or have the contacts to provide one herself. She was dissapointed to see the working dogs dropped from the festivals schedule and as a dog woman herself would really like to see them there this year. Glamis (Scottish countryside festival) is on the last weekend in July. 28th/29th July. She is asking if anybody would be interested in running a working dog show at the festival. I'm sure she would be very co-operative with regards to space, parking etc and there is also free camping. She also expressed her interest in the racing etc. Seems she would bend over backwards for somebody to organise a show. Still 5 weeks left. Anybody interested: Catriona Jamieson: 01250 875 712 Email: office@scotlandscountrysidefestival.co.uk Please don't ask me anything as I know feck all about it. Just doing her a favour.
