AR177 588
Hello all. After joining a discussion about a good scope for under £150 i went searching and came up with this - I could have gone for a MTC or higher magnification but i was trying to weigh up the features i required to the price. I figured i needed a scope that had the capability of 10x power, light, and side parallax and to save as much money as possible (tough times out there) So after having a look around i settled on this one it matched what i wanted it to do for a price that i was happy to pay As requested Here are a few pics of my new scope for my Super10 which i bought via eBay. Its a Hawke 2.5-10x44mm 1/2mil dot Varmint SF I orderd the scope on Wed 30th of May and it had arrived by Sat 2nd June It cost me £110 with free P&P now i have had a look arround and the cheapest i could find was £120 and i would have needed to travel to get it so i feel this was a pritty good bargain! Its a nice sleek scope, lightweight (compared to the Viper on my Daystate) and the optics are very clear and bright Under the turret caps you can see the 'low profile resettable finger-tip adjusters' these have a nice action when they turn and i cant feel any give or slack movement in them and the side parralax adjuster which is marked from 10yrds - Infinity Its everything you would expect from a Hawke scope and its always nice to see that i saved £19.95 you also get a Hawke cleaning cloth for the glass and two flip up coovers.. however i wont be using the covers as they dont lay flat Something to remember is that you dont get mounts with this scope so keep that in mind if you want to order a new scope fit it and go straight out shooting - you will need 1" mounts. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-Hawke-Varmint-SF-Side-Focus-2-5-10x44-1-2-MilDot-Riflescope-Scope-/370578083613? pt=UK_SportingGoods_Hunting_ShootingSports_ET&hash=item56482ccf1d Above is the link i bought from and hopefully you all can grab a bargain as i have ATB Adam Quote Link to post
