roberto i sure am, you would clip a rough lurcher out bedlington x or deerhound x, so why not a wooly saluki? its not his pup coat as hes had the ferminator over it a few times ;)

Why would a dog get tired because it has a thick coat? It's more likely he's outgrown his strength at the moment. Pups go through growth spurts which can make them loose energy faster than you'd imagine. If the dog is really hot and panting like mad then that's another thing: there's a difference between panting through being too hot and being tired. Also, some dogs fed on cereal based foods tend to over heat more than dogs fed on raw meat and bone diet.

, the dog will be overheating because of that thick coat , as for dogs overheating on cereal based food s who told you that ??????

people come on here with second hand info , ie sky cat , remeber yr words of wisdom about jogging a dog out lol

get yr dog clipped right out mate it will feel like a new dog !!!!!!

 skycats full of shit :D

i dont think she is cody, its just opinion, skycat knows what she is talking about and i dont for a second think that anything she said was untrue, but my opinion is that his big fluffy coat isnt needed, and overheats him, whereas she thinks that his exhaustion is because hes growing out of his energy, which undoubtably is true, but im shaving him for more reasons than one, to keep him clean as well as keep him cool, and he doesnt need to keep himself warm as he has heated kennels and good bedding.
