Me and my mate went out for a nice sunday morning walk my mate has a boarder terrier and I had my staffie bitch and my bandog the boarder flushed a nice fox out and the staffy gave chace but lost it in the cover then we lost the boarder for about 20 mins but he returned with no sign of a battle then half hour later my staffy marked a 3 holed fox shit out side and steam coming from one of the hole the boader was off lead still because we thought he was to big to go to ground and next min he was gone I just managed to grab his back leggs and get him back out lol we have no collar for him to track him or he would of been left to his work I think I might invest in a terrier and a collar .....but is the steam coming from the hole the fox close to the sufface or is it somthing eles like the ground warming up as the sun was getting a bit warm

My mate is a bit of a fanny and gets worried lol he is a big boarder to about he's about 15" and 20lbs reckon it could get tight for him ?? I didn't think he had it in him either tbh but he was keen as mustard today
