Guest cookiemonsterandmerlin
Sorry double post computer went off thought it had wiped it off After yesterday pleasant day in easy to reach ditch we tried a area infested but hard work due a causway and the warrens inbetween a stock fence bared wire in the centre and a rabbit fence on the other side making purse long nets diffcult . The coneys where bolting but out of reach of the dog running up and down inbetween the stock and rabbit fence out of reach. So we move to a easier area and we will revisit the problem area with a plan to tack them . They been noring away at the hedge due to no crops in the field as it spring drilling to come. DIVE DIVE I am bored We finnshed with 19 hard won coneys ATB Cookie Edited January 17, 2012 by cookiemonsterandmerlin Quote Link to post

Hi Vin He is not the best marker but a very good lamp dog but is OK ferret dog bidable fast senseable with cover no crashing into ever thing like some lurchers and brill and safe with ferrets. Marking to be honest down here is of little value its very rare a coney is not home I think I have had two burrows this season with nowt in . ATB Cookie Quote Link to post
