I was always led to believe that a bitch will learn quicker, mature quicker and have a higher prey drive, and that is what i was looking for when I looked for my last pup 5 years ago, a bitch. So why Have a a dog laid on his bed? Cos that was the pup that took my eye when ;looking at the litter, looked keen in the run, into everything, came when I whistled him and had a bit of width in his head compared to the other pups.
