A larson success

been getting alot bother with magpies pecking on our round bales ov haylage so decided to set up the larson trap again so i put 2 chicken eggs in caught a magpie about a hour later used it as call bird . checked trap this morning and had another 2 magpies plenty more visiting the trap tho so hopfuly get them aswell

Good on ya!! The key is getting the call bird now you have that you will be well away! If you can get a magie from a different area you will catch loads,

yer i thot it would ov took me a few weeks to get a call bird steve but straight away it went in lol and i should hopfuly get a few more this week ther going about the trap just not brave enuff to go in it yet mate lol

Try useing a mirror off cut piece, put it i'n the bottom soon as they see there self they will be i'n, also handy doing this when trying to catch a call bird!!
