Magdon 7
I am endeavouring to ascertain what equipment and clothing I am going to need for my forthcoming outing hunting deer, any ideas chaps. A pair of light weight boots(not wellies)that support your ankle and keep your feet dry, a pair of old trousers and a jacket of some sort in a drab neutral colour. Deer see in shades of grey so as nondescript and as drab as possible works best. No need to get dressed up like a wannabe sniper in mil-surp cammo or cover yourself from head to foot in Realtree. No I agree, I would not dress as a tree. I have picked up one or two bargins today and will sport them when I hunt with John and Stu. Quote Link to post
