Mallard123 1 Posted July 5, 2011 Report Share Posted July 5, 2011 hi i have 2 springer spaniels for rough shooting and i am now thinking of getting a working terrier as well just as a companion for hunting and flushing game.i've heard before that they can be very usefull because of there fearlessness and aggression and i was just wondering if anyone knew much about them. thanks Quote Link to post

My long legged terrier will cover very thick ground and has even retrieved before. As you would expect....they are not always steady to game and they have taken quite a few birds out!!
