thomasc4329 10 Posted May 22, 2011 Report Share Posted May 22, 2011 Well lads just a couple of quick questions i,m heading away with work for six months and was just wondering about storing my rifles a cz 17hmr and a T3 223 will they be ok if i just clean them well and oil them? Should i leave the bolts open or closed and any other advice would be appreciated Quote Link to post

Should i leave the bolts open or closed and any other advice would be appreciated Take the bolts out and wrap in an oiled rag(not wet with oil mind)and give the rifles a proper clean and then run an oily patch through and leave them as is in the cabinet muzzle down.
