IrishNationalCountryFairs 1
Ireland's Ferreting Guru to Judge NEW Childrens Ferret Competiton at NCF Ireland's ferreting guru, Tony Carinduff will be at the fair with his Ferrets & Ferreting Roadshow and will welcome everyone to his stand which will be located beside the Irish Shooter's Digest stand close to the show's Main Arena. There Tony will judge the NEW Children's Ferret Competition each day. All the kids have to do is turn up with their ferrets at the designated competiton time and the judging will begin. Another New Event at NCF - Ferret Racing If you have ever fancied racing your ferrets then Moira Demesne is the place to be. Even if you don't own a ferret there will be some of these fun loving little animals there for you. The idea behind ferret racing is to use the ferret's natural desire to enter tunnels and rabbit burrows by creating artificial ones and the perfect ferret racing track is born. This really is great fun and a chance to handle the ferrets all in one. Event and demonstration times will be posted at each of the 3 arenas, together with site maps.
