got out about nine this morning after a good nites lamping took minnin lanas daughter collie greyhound type ,first warren nettd what we could get at put one of the marauders in a bit of movement bang rabbit number one then another then a wait locator on, 1 foot ,got him out with rabbit ,three in the bag already so good start for hedge row type holes, moved to next hole ferret in dog pegs it at entrace hedge row rabbiting you need a sharp type of dog not much room for error ,so we move on to a ditch ferrets in dog get another one , netted 2 more things are looking good got a mate with his young sons ther4e thinking whall easy , we move on to a railway disused one ,rabbits are not bolting dig dig hard as hell 2 foot felt like 4 we get a few and i thought no more as we hadnt a bar , so we move on to another hedge row , ferretsa in rabbit bolts dog jumps fence catches it in full flight same place as i took border lad with lana her mother , he says some dog , so we dig rabbs, easy digging, get the odd bolt and move on up the hedge rowwith dog following ferrets , after 14 rabbs we cal it a day dog done well ferrets had to work hard for bolters,we watched the youg bitch mark another i says go on as the young lads were still keen this time rabbit bolted into feild dog took it on the run and back as quick as she went out plus there young pu 5 month started watching holes and learning a good day out no pics but good day at this time of year considering the weather weve had , all the best
