I did a mate a favour and gave him some money for the car as it appears the head gasket has gone and he desperately needed a van for work. BAD BITS: The car starts and runs (really smoothly I might add) but uses loads of water. The oil seems to have mixed with water so I have only started it once. Both mirrors are broken, but a passenger side replacement will come with the car. A small bit of the trim is missing (above the rear left wheel) and the car has a few dinks, more so on the right hand side. Unfortunately he lost the V5 but I do have the MOT certificate. Car will need a good clean inside and it will need to be towed away. GOOD BITS MOT till Nov 2011. He told me he fitted new brake shoes to the back. Comes with 5 nice alloys. Everything appears to work fine. Please note the car is being sold as is for spares or repairs. I cannot guarantee anything on it. If no interest on here I will stick it on Fleabay.
