x info appreciated

hi i dont own a lurcher or have any experience with them, maybe would like to some time in the future but am just looking for some info, have done quite a few searches on here but would just like to see your opinions as i am trying to get a feel for what different x's are best suited to.

 

from what i have read if i was looking for a lurcher to work just rabbits, daytime bolted by the ferrets, bushing, and night time on the lamp then i wouldn't go far wrong with a 1/4 collie x gray what you think ?

 

but also i would like to now hypothetically PREE BAN could the above x's do the above job and also take fox?

 

or what x's do you think would have been suited

seen plenty 3/4 grey 1/4 collie kill fox pre ban its how ya bring ya dogs on and not waste them by trying them to young see many a dog wasted this way and for a rabbit dog for ferrets and lamp ya wont go wrong with a beddy grey mate only my opinion
