scottishlass 57 Posted December 23, 2010 Report Share Posted December 23, 2010 To cut a long story short i bought a car part from a good company had a feeling it was not the correct part i needed and indeed it was the company phoned said it was wrong and money would be refunded straight away i said said thanks saves sending it all the way back later on. That was the 16th, i called the customer care line on monday but was left on hold at silly pence a min so e,mailed them instead i got an email back yesterday morning to say sorry it should have went back automaticly but it was now put through manually a mate said it could take 10days to clear and appear on your account is this right Quote Link to post Share on other sites
